Jay is one of the principle owners of Key Title and partner in the law firm of Eskovitz, Lazarus & Pitrelli, P.L.L.C., and currently serves as counsel to the Arlington office. He graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering in 1969 and received a law degree with honors from George Washington University in 1973. Jay is a past chairman of the Standard Forms Committee for the NVBR and is currently serving on the Finance Committee. He has also taught continuing legal education in real estate settlement procedures for the Fairfax County Bar Association. Jay has represented many Northern Virginia builders and has conducted thousands of real estate closings through the years. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and has worked with many investors on Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
John Pitrelli is a partner in the law firm of Eskovitz, Lazarus and Pitrelli, PLLC, a co-founder of Key Title and serves as counsel to the Fairfax Office of Key Title. He graduated from CCNY in 1970 with a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. John received a juris doctor degree from American University's Washington College of Law in December 1974 and was admitted to Virginia Bar in the spring of 1975. John has also been a member of the Florida Bar since 1980. John has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law and has been active as a real estate developer, builder and investor throughout his career. John frequently lectures on such topics as: Sec. 1031 tax-deferred exchanges; limited liability companies; Contract for Deeds; Equity Shares, etc. John also has an extensive experience and background in wills and estate planning.
Ron is a principle owner of Key Title and partner in the law firm of Eskovitz, Lazarus & Pitrelli, P.L.L.C., and currently serves as counsel to the Annandale office. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Engineering in 1970 and received a law degree from Catholic University in 1974. Ron has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law. Ron has developed a breadth of commercial experience dealing with major corporations in acquiring pad sites with ground leasebacks and also acquiring individual free standing stores. Ron has also worked with establishing ground leases for cell phone tower placement.
