IN RESPONSE TO THE VIRGINIA SUPREME COURT'S RECENT DECISION REGARDING THE TAXATION AUTHORITY OF THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY AND THE TAXES IMPOSED BY THIS ENTITY, THE NVTA IS DEVELOPING A REFUND PLAN FOR THE SPECIAL TAXES AND FEES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID TO DATE FOR THE CONGESTION RELIEF FEE (WHICH WAS THE ADDITIONAL 4% TO THE GRANTOR'S TAX).

AS SOON AS THIS PLAN IS ADOPTED BY NVTA, IT WILL BE POSTED TO WWW.THENOVAAUTHORITY.ORG.
