The Seller will pay the fee charged by the County to record the certificate of satisfaction, which will generally range between $31.00 and $65.00 , depending on the number of mortgages the Seller is releasing. The Grantor's tax is $1.00/$1,000 of the sales price and is charged to the seller. If the Seller is using a Power of Attorney, the fee to record the power of attorney with the County is $21.00
If it becomes necessary to do a mail away closing, Key Title will charge an additional $100.00. An Electronic Title search fee of $15.00 may be applicable on some cases.
